ABOUT US
Here at Lilypads daycare, our aim is to establish a home-from-home environment in which children feel settled and happy. A happy child is one that will explore the many and varied resources available and engage with peers and staff. Consequently, a happy child will learn and develop at a pace right for them and grow in confidence day by day.
The backbone of this ethos is the staff. Our commitment to supporting training, development and career progression lead to higher staff retention rates, and motivated and happy staff – which in turn leads to happy children.

Our Staff

We have a rigorous process of interviewing, to make sure we have the best staff possible, in order to ensure we have the ability in providing our children with the support and development they need. Our nursery staff are recruited because of their qualifications, experience, welcoming nature and commitment to working with children.
Our staff undertake an enhanced DBS check, Paediatric First Aid, and Food Hygiene training, as well as attending frequent Early Years courses to ensure their knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date with current childcare legislation.
